Frank loves finance and the financial market, both from the perspective of where it has been as well as where it is headed. Frank’s computer engineering background gives him a unique quantitative perspective on markets which allows him to test various hypothesis. Frank strives to simplify complex investment concepts down to its core so that it is easily communicated in a straight talk style. More than anything else, Frank is passionate about helping his clients to achieve their financial goals.
Prior to joining Watts Capital, Frank held senior positions at both Wall Street and in publicly traded Corporations. Frank held senior trading and analytical positions at firms such as Credit Suisse First Boston, Toronto Dominion Bank, Société Générale and Cowen & Company. On the corporate side Frank was the Chief Financial Officer for various publicly traded companies ranging from pharmaceutical to IT Services Companies. Frank has the unique perspective of looking at a company from both the outside as well as the inside of a public company.
Frank earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Frank lives in Hoboken New Jersey. In his spare time, Frank is an avid reader of history (financial, European and Asia). Frank also loves the outdoors and spends most of his weekends hiking, cycling during the summer and skiing during the winter. Frank was a volunteer Ski-Patrol for Hidden Valley ski resort.
